e. Air Drying:- Flatware should be air dried and inspected

for film deposits.  Any rejects should be returned to the presoak solution. Towels should not be used to dry flatware.

3.  Racks and cylinders.- Dishwashing machine racks and cylinders conforming to MIL-R-24039, Racks and Cylinders, for Mechanical Dishwashin&

Machines,        should be washed in a dishwashing machine according to the recommended washing requirements specified for tableware items.  They should

be air dried for a few minutes and stored in a clean area for protection against contamination.

4. Trouble s hooting.- The following table should be used as a guide for correct dishwashing problems:
